User Agreement

• Once buyer pays to buy a domain, the paid amount will be held by Platform till buyer receives the domain ownership from seller.
• Neither buyer nor seller can cancel a domain purchase order once the order has been placed.
• If a domain ownership transfer is delayed due to the seller or domain registrar, Platform will try to assist to make the transfer process faster but can’t guarantee the completion timing of the transfer since that will depend on the seller and domain registrar.
• Transferring your desired domain to your account at your domain registrar means that the domain ownership has been successfully transferred to you and your order and deal with the seller and Platform is complete for that domain.

Refund

If a domain ownership transfer is not successful due to any valid reason, Platform will initiate the refund process to the buyer. 

 

Privacy

Buyer and seller information are not disclosed to one another to ensure privacy of both buyer and seller.
